There is no counter to visit

We cover a service area rather than a storefront: our technicians travel to the property, so no street address is published because there is nowhere for customers to come. The offices that do have counters are City of Oviedo Building Services at 320 Alexandria Boulevard and, for unincorporated parcels, the Seminole County Building Division at 1101 E. First Street, Sanford.

What it is doing: blowing warm, not blowing at all, tripping the breaker, leaking water, making a noise.
Roughly how old the system is, if you know. The data plate on the outdoor unit or the permit sticker on the air handler is usually the fastest way to find it.

If the coil is frozen, switch it off

If the copper line at the outdoor unit or the indoor coil is iced over, set the system to OFF and leave the fan running. Running a frozen coil is how a compressor dies, and the ice has to melt before anyone can diagnose it anyway.
